Recent changes to Millbrook.
Millbrook has been our family holiday home for 20 years and it now has central heating, fitted carpets and perimeter walls bordering new patios and shrubs. Furnishings are simple and appropriate to a holiday cottage by the sea. ADSL Internet access and phone lines are available by arrangement.

Arrival & departure
Changeover day is Friday. Arrival approx 3pm, depart 10am as cleaners arrive.
Laundry and provisions.
Clean bed linen is provided. There is an owners cupboard in the kitchen which you are welcome to use as necessary and restock as appropriate.
Oil and Electricity
Standard fuel charge is £35 between May & September and £45 between October and April.
Payment terms
We welcome payment by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. 1/3rd of the total is payable on booking and 2/3rds 6 weeks before start of holiday. A security deposit of £100 is charged and refunded subject to breakages or damage. Please notify any breakages so that replacement can be arranged prior to the next guests arriving.
Occupancy and Pets
Millbrook is designed for up to 9 persons. Due to the damage they can cause to soft furnishings, we regret pets are not allowed. There is a minimum charge of £100 for breaching these terms without written agreement..
Insurance and cancellation
Guests should ensure they have adequate holiday cancellation insurance in place as we cannot accept cancellations less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Booking fees are not refundable.
