The Grand Maître Bread Knife features a one-piece handle that is injection-moulded to the tang using Grilon, a hermetically sealed, fatigue-free, non-slip polyamide that will never deteriorate, is non-porous and is resistant to high temperatures.
The blended steel blade adds shine, sharpness and flexibility, as well as offering corrosion, stain and acid resistance. Hand wash.
