The Wenger Grand Maître Boning Knife is designed for separating both cooked and uncooked meat, poultry or fish from the bone.
The Boning Knife features a one-piece handle that is injection-moulded to the tang using Grilon, a hermetically sealed, fatigue-free and non-slip polyamide that will never deteriorate, is non-porous and is resistant to high temperatures.
The blended steel blade boasts shine, sharpness, flexibility, and also offers corrosion, stain and acid resistance. Hand wash.
