A small, high performance 12 channel GPS that connects directly to a USB port on a Laptop or other PC. This new generation GPS includes the latest SiRFstarII technology for increased performance. Technology that delivers improved satellite acquisition for faster initial position location and a high-sensitivity antenna for the best reception. The receiver works through glass, Perspex or plastic so can be placed inside the cabin close to a window or hatch. With its thin cable and waterproof casing, it can often be put outside with the cable being pinched in the rubbers of a hatch. Even with a restricted view of the sky, this high performance waterproof GPS continues to report accurate positional data.
