Opinel Classic Cuisine Knives

The Opinel Classic Cuisine Knives consist of a Pantry Knife and a Mushroom Knife.

The Opinel Pantry Knife is a kitchen paring knife with a Sandvik stainless steel blade and a varnished beechwood handle, which is double riveted for solidity and is sold in pairs.

The Opinel Mushroom Knife has a curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back edge for easy removal of the mushroom cuticle. There is also a boarhair brush for removal of soil on the end of the handle which has a lanyard hole. This knife features a Virobloc safety ring to lock the blade in the open or closed position.

Opinel have now introduced a 4-piece Kitchen Knife Set consisting of a Paring Knife, a Paring Knife with serrated edge, a Vegetable Knife and a Vegetable Peeler, all with stainless steel blades and beechwood varnished handles.
