Weems & Plath has given a contemporary look to our traditional Atlantis
Collection. This innovative look is a departure from tradition in outward appearance
only; on the interior everything remains the same. The fine chrome plating on
the solid, forged brass case adds timeless depth and luster to the exterior,
while the precision movements used inside maintain the traditional quality expected
from any instrument carrying the Weems & Plath name. The screw bezel
allows easy access to the movement when the unit is mounted. Their new quartz
bell movement has been re-designed to produce a richer, louder, ship's bell sound.
Each instrument is provided with complete instructions, mounting hardware,
and fresh battery as required. All instruments carry a limited lifetime warranty.

High-Sensitivity Barometer
This unit houses a special patented double-capsule movement that is factory
certified to be accurate to within 0.2% of real pressure. More noteworthy is
that the scale range has changed from the traditional scale of 27.5 to
31.5 inHg to an expanded scale of 28.5 to 30.5 inHg. This exaggerates
the needle movement, making a small change in pressure much more noticeable.
The barometer movement is calibrated for altitudes to 1500 ft above sea level.
